The onboarding process is pretty simple
1) We schedule a call to discuss your goals and see if this is a good fit for each of us.
2) New team members would choose an exclusive territory (Typically 30 minute Radius of home. )
3) We set you up with our management software and train you to get started.
4) We start marketing for new properties to manage in your territory.
5) We Co-Manage the properties in your territory.
